The best places to stay in Lyon

Question 1

Which hotels in Lyon have charging on site?

Accepted Answer

Every hotel on this page lists what we could confirm about charging on its full review. Where nothing is listed, treat it as unconfirmed rather than absent.

Question 2

What connector and power should I expect in Lyon?

Accepted Answer

Connector type and power are shown where the data exists. Equipment varies within a single car park, so confirm with the hotel if your car needs a specific connector.

Question 3

Is charging free or paid at hotels in Lyon?

Accepted Answer

Both are common, and policies change without notice. The full review states what we could confirm and on what date; the hotel is the authority on current pricing.

Question 4

How many charging bays does a hotel usually have in Lyon?

Accepted Answer

Often only one or two, even at large properties. If charging is the reason you are booking, ask how many bays there are and whether they are shared with the public.

Question 5

Do I need to reserve a charging bay in Lyon?

Accepted Answer

Some hotels take bookings for a bay, most do not. Where we could confirm it, the review says so — otherwise ask when you book rather than on arrival.

Question 6

Can I charge overnight and leave early from Lyon?

Accepted Answer

Usually yes, but check whether the bay is gated, whether it is blocked by other guests overnight, and whether a time limit applies.

Question 7

What should I confirm before relying on a hotel charger in Lyon?

Accepted Answer

Connector, power, cost, number of bays and whether it needs reserving. Equipment is added, removed and taken out of service, so a recent confirmation beats an old listing.

Question 8

Still not sure which hotel to book in Lyon?

Accepted Answer

Shortlist on confirmed charging first, then compare the usual things — location, guest score and total cost — across two or three full reviews.
